The 10 Day Challenge: {Five Foods}

DAY SIX: Five Foods

 Ok, I think this series has already managed to document my intense love for those gorgeously delicate Parisienne treats, otherwise known as macarons, so I’ll refrain from mentioning them in this post. Instead, I’ll focus on five foods that I just can’t get enough of, starting with…

1. A good old roast chicken. There’s nothing better than a wholesome, homemade feast consisting of a roast chicken (I’m currently smitten with Woolies’ chicken with Tuscan Spices – simply pop into the oven for 40 minutes and viola! Delicious, homey goodness. Yum!), roast potatoes and roast veggies, of course!

2. Strawberry Milkshakes. Ok, I guess this doesn’t really qualify as a food, but I’ve been so obsessed with strawberry milkshakes lately that it simply has to go on the list.

3. Hotdogs. I LOVE hotdogs. Best food… ever! (Though not necessarily the healthiest…)
4.  Chicken Dumplings. I first tried this dish after I saw the recipe in Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook, and I was blown away at the result. Tastiest dish – ever! I’ve only made it once because it’s quite a lengthy process, but I think it’s time to set aside two hours to attempt this recipe again – and soon!

5. Chocolate. More specifically, those delicious little red Lindt balls. But I’ll settle for any chocolate!
